For this second album, Quartz invited Stéphane Guillaume (saxophone, "As de Carreau"), Marc Berthoumieux (accordion, "As de Trèfle"), and Franck Agulhon (drums, "As de Pique"), thus reinventing the classic jazz trio formula, adding a touch of originality to the pieces performed with these great musicians. Young singer Malou Oheix also guest stars on the album ("As de Coeur").

 

Marc Berthoumieux also mixed this album (the second for Quartz) at the Sous la Ville studio (Paris).
